ordered it from D'Angelico in Japan as a special customer
order. My perfect spec. The NYS-2 is
a truly great guitar but I wanted the benefit of a full
humbucker. This is the only one made to this
spec in my favourite violinburst and with body mounted
controls. |

The 15.5" NYS-2 compared
with the 17" NYL-2 Many pro jazz
guitarists are now turning to smaller body guitars for their
comfort and ease of playing. The amplified
tone and power of both guitars is almost identical.
Naturally there are differences played acoustic. |

Mint. It is strung with George Benson 12's
but with a 13 substituted on the top E.
